  1. The Brahmkshatriya community traces its origin to ancient warriors who later adopted Vedic traditions. Rooted in the cultural fabric of Gujarat and beyond, our community has contributed significantly to society through leadership, scholarship, and cultural preservation. Our Kuldevi Hinglaj Mata is central to our spiritual heritage.

  1. To protect and promote the cultural, spiritual, and educational values of the Brahmkshatriya community while fostering unity and empowerment. A self-reliant, well-connected Brahmkshatriya community that upholds its traditions and thrives in modern society through education, ethics, and entrepreneurship.

| Objectives |

  1. Promote historical and cultural awareness through digital documentation. Provide scholarships and academic mentorship to community youth. Organize cultural, religious, and social events for community bonding. Encourage social welfare through health camps, charity, and outreach.

  1. Eligibility Open to all Brahmkshatriya families and individuals.

  2. Process Membership application followed by review and approval.

  3. Fees Annual subscription decided by committee.

| Constitution Summary |

  1. Name & Purpose , The organization is called “Brahmkshatriya Samaj” and exists to preserve heritage, promote unity, and empower future generations.

  2. Governance , The elected Executive Committee governs all decisions, comprising President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, and coordinators.

  3. Meetings , Annual General Meeting (AGM) held once a year for elections and planning. Quorum: Minimum 30% of total members must be present for key decisions.

  4. Amendments & Finance , Any constitutional changes require a 2/3rd majority vote at the AGM. Financials are managed transparently with periodic reporting.

  5. Dissolution If the organization dissolves, remaining funds will be donated to a community-focused non-profit with similar objectives.
